The Advent Wreath Project – Coffee & Craft over Zoom
November 29, 2020
02:30 pm - 04:00 pm
This Advent Season, we are going to be lighting Advent Candles together as part of our Online Worship Gatherings each week. We’re launching a communal craft project open to all and invite you to join in by making your own Advent Wreath and lighting candles at home along with us.
On the first Sunday of Advent (29th November) we’ll have a Zoom session where we can make wreaths together and chat over coffee.
On the 29th you’ll need:
The Simple Celtic Advent Wreath Printout*
A pair of scissors
5 tea lights
a plain dinner plate
coloured pens, pencils or crayons
*You can download and print your own Simple Celtic Advent Wreath. Alternatively, we’d also be really happy to POST it to you with a set of tea lights, Advent readings & mindfulness colouring as an Advent gift (limited quantities of candles are available – note they are scented too!).
Read more, download the printout or sign up here to receive it in the post (by 25 November): https://inclusivegathering.org.uk/advent-candle-project-2020/
NOTE: If you have primary school-aged children at home that you’d like to get involved over Advent, we’re running a special Advent Craft Project for them (with FB Live videos and craft kits) – email newchurchbirmingham@gmail.com for details and to sign up.
Join the Zoom Meeting at 2:30 on 29 November here:

If you miss this session, you can still catch up and make your own wreath at any time during Advent.
