This Sunday at 4pm on Facebook Live and YouTube, we’ll be gathering for stories, songs and spiritual reflections. This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost, a day that Christians traditionally remember as the start of the church, when the Holy Spirit took up residence amongst us in a new way after Jesus physically left the earth.

Depending on YOUR story, this can feel like a bizarre or alien concept, a comforting and familiar idea, or (for some) can trigger memories of a painful faith experience or exclusion. We all come from a variety of faith traditions (and none) and so we thought we’d take this opportunity to talk about our journeys with understanding and experiencing God’s energy/ breath/ presence with us and in the world. Our hope is not to give you the final word on this (we’re all on a journey) but to gently start a conversation that you can continue in Zoom Groups at 5:15 (and in the days that follow).

You can follow along with the running order for this gathering, download mindfulness colouring and find links to all our groups right here:
