Special Event: IGB at Las Iguanas – Arcadian

On Sunday the 26th November at 3pm, we’re going to have a special one-off gathering at Las Iguanas – Arcadian: Liberating Doubt: Spicy questions with a side of Nachos.

Throughout November, we’ll be looking at a variety of subjects through the lens of liberation. David and Jess will be leading our conversation about doubt (over copious nachos!). How can embracing our doubts lead to a more authentic life of faith? How can we be liberated from the fear of doubt many of us have been taught in faith institutions? How can doubt lead to spiritual growth?

IGB will be covering the cost of Las Iguanas nachos and nibbles and soft drinks.

We’re a diverse, justice-seeking, LGBTQIA+ affirming church for ALL based in Brum’s Gay Village (City Centre). We’re a community learning to practice God’s radical love & inclusion the best we can.

We’ll have friendly people and signs to point you in the right direction. Las Iguanas is about a minute’s walk from the Ibis, and we’ll have people stationed at Ibis and in the Arcadian to point you in the right direction.

Las Iguanas is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets. It is a 5 minute walk from New Street Station and city centre Bus Routes.

There is parking in the APCOA multi-story lot is directly across the street from Ibis (£9 for 3 hours).
