Inclusive Gathering Birmingham – Being a Person of Peace
September 10, 2023
03:00 pm - 05:00 pm
Ibis Hotel
21 Ladywell Walk - Arcadian
Southside District, Birmingham City Centre, United Kingdom, B5 4ST
In September we are meeting at the IBIS Hotel (Arcadian) on Sunday afternoons at 3pm. This is just around the corner from the Loft (2 minute walk).
For the month of September, we’re looking at the theme of Peace. On Sunday, 10th of September Danielle and Pat will be talking about what it can look like to be a ‘person of peace’ … does that make you a pushover or a power for change?
Ali will be leading us in some musical worship and there will be cake and all tea an coffee you can drink.
We’re a diverse, justice-seeking, LGBTQIA+ affirming church for ALL based in Brum’s Gay Village (City Centre). We’re a community learning to practice God’s radical love & inclusion the best we can.
We’ll have friendly people and signs to point you in the right direction, including folks stationed at the Loft (if you end up there!) to point you in the right direction.
The Ibis is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets.
Ibis is a 5 minute walk from New Street Station and city centre Bus Routes.
There is parking in Ibis’ underground lot (£8 all day) and if that is full the APCOA multi-story lot is directly across the street (£9 for 3 hours).
Find out more about how to find us and access the space here: https://inclusivegathering.org.uk/accessibility/
If there is anything we can do to make it easier for your to join in, please let us know!
